How It Works
Every Lumari product is made to order. Your item is printed after you place your order — we don't hold pre-made inventory. This means a little extra wait, but also a product made fresh, just for you.
Production Time
Most orders are in production for 2–7 business days before shipping. During peak seasons (holidays, Father's Day, graduation season) allow a few extra days.
Shipping Times

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by their country upon delivery. Lumari cannot predict or control these charges.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us at lifelumari@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment and make it right.
